This website contains a regionalised database of all the publicly funded addiction treatment and advice services available in New Zealand.   Privately funded organisations are not included. 

This Directory allows people to click on their town or District Health Board area and see what services are available and an easy to follow key will tell you how to access each service.

There is often a great deal of stigma attached to seeking help for substance use problems or for gambling. People often have questions about where they can go for help, who do they contact first and what will happen when they go to services.

Now, anyone in New Zealand who is worried about their or someone else’s use of alcohol, drugs or gambling, can find the addiction treatment service that is nearest to them. You can also find out how to contact that agency, whether by email, phone or mail.
